Well, who can deny the appeal of a nice refreshing nap? Sure, it's inconvenient to the modern, non-stop world. But are there health benefits? Should time be allotted for napping during a work day? Should napping be encouraged by doctors? Is it really worth taking time out of our already busy, rushed days?
